Singapore

We flew from Sydney sunday evening and 10 hours later we landed in Singapore. Tired and slightly hang-overed we checked in and fell asleep immediately. Waking up the morning after, and the rain was pouring outside the window. It continued the rest of the day and it even got worse. So we decided to have a relaxed day and stay inside and just work, go to the Spa and eat a good meal. Next day we had to compromise for the laziness and hit town:

…and let’s not forget all the shopping malls. About 60 huge, huge malls all close to each other..

Meeting up with Stan and Petra

Stanley and Petra (friends from Malta) is here in Sydney so we met up with them. Tonight is the big Gay-Pride Festival so we didn’t wanna miss that. We went to a party with them and had really fun. Afterwards we were strolling around in the chaotic city filled with very drunk people : )

Last day in Sydney

The last day, we just took it very easy. Bought some snacks and relaxed in the big green park and had a cosy lunch:

Out for a drink

We went out for the drink in the evening…nice!

Biking in town

We rented bikes and biked over the Sydney bridge to get to the other side of town. 

Bondi Beach

Bondi Beach is super huge. It’s very broad. 

Manly

Manly is about 30 minutes away from the Zoo and we went there to have lunch, look around and have a walk on the beach. The atmosphere was very laid back and crowd was very young. 

Sydney Zoo

When in Sydney, you can’t skip going to the world-famous Zoo.

Ferry trip

We took the Ferry to go to the Zoo and the view from the water was so nice. You really get a great picture of Sydney from the water. The weather was great, the sun shining and the smell of sea can lift up any day:

Opera House

We walked down to the harbor to look at the incredible Opera House. It’s really huge : ) The design is incredible.
