Sintosa island was very cosy and there was a few activities going on over there. The beach was really beautiful and almost empty : ) We stayed there half the day before we went back home..

Afternoon tea at Raffles hotel

March 12, 2009

We went to the legendary Raffles hotel to have a look at the hotel and also have some traditional afternoon tea. It was really cosy and the hotel was really unique. It was about a 100 petite japanese girls there dong the same as us. It’s so funny how I feel like a huge amazon woman in this part of the world : ) All the people are so small and even when I’m standing next to a man, I’m looking down at him.

A night out with Petter

March 11, 2009

Our friend Petter from Malta is in Singapore so we met him for dinner and drinks at a stake-house close by. After a few drinks we continued to a very cosy place where you sat on floor-sofas and sipped drink and just relax. Last stop was a club at level 72 where we had a cool view over Singapore. A really fun evening : )

It took about 4 seconds to get up 72 floors in this elevator, you could feel it in your ears.

Singapore

March 11, 2009

We flew from Sydney sunday evening and 10 hours later we landed in Singapore. Tired and slightly hang-overed we checked in and fell asleep immediately. Waking up the morning after, and the rain was pouring outside the window. It continued the rest of the day and it even got worse. So we decided to have a relaxed day and stay inside and just work, go to the Spa and eat a good meal. Next day we had to compromise for the laziness and hit town:
